Conventional Schools 2000 Edition

         This 2000 directory features information from the 1999-2000 school year and is divided into eleven sections.  Eight of them have been saved in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).  In order to view these eight sections, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your personal computer.  The Reader is FREE and available for downloading from Adobe.  For additional information about Adobe Acrobat Reader, contact Adobe at www.adobe.com or click on the Get Acrobat Reader icon below to download a FREE copy of the viewer.
 


In each of the following school listing sections, please note:
  • School addresses are mailing addresses, not necessarily location addresses.
  • School staff data includes only full and part-time faculty & administration.
  • School enrollment data is as of the first school day of October, 1999 and includes only grade 5K - 12 students.
  • The following codes are utilized:
               CS - Accredited by the North Carolina Christian School Association;
               PS - Accredited thru the National Council for Private School Accreditation;
               SA - Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools;
               SB - Accredited by the North Carolina State Board of Education;
               SS - Special school  (short-term student population).
