currently home school their children which are at least age 7, but not yet age
16. These home schools may be considered
operating legally PROVIDED the academic subject instructional setting still
satisfies the G.S.
115C-563(a) home school legal definition; and, still meets all legal requirements for such
schools. Academic subject instructional
settings which involve students from more than two households are not

If you find duplicate listings, an incorrect mailing address, a person's name
or school in the wrong county or typing errors, call us at (919) 733-4276;
press number 2 as soon as the recorded greeting begins; speak to a live person
giving that DNPE staff member the county name and then the names and addresses
of the duplicate listings or other types of errors for correction.
These
documents are updated by 2 PM each Monday except during April, May and June.
