Home School Discount Card

Home School Chief Administrators,
The purpose of this card is to provide verification to stores and vendors that a home school is listed and open with the NC Division of Non-Public Education.
Each home school will need to print this card every year. This card should not be used for any other purposes.
Home School Administrator, to create your discount card:
- Enter your last name in the Administrators Last Name: text box
- Enter your School ID in the Home School ID: text box
- Click the
Create your card button and follow the instructions displayed.
